By accessing or using The Wellness Grid platform at wellnessgrid.net (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

The Wellness Grid is an online marketplace that connects end users with beauty and wellness venues ("Venues") offering services such as treatments, appointments, and bookings. We act as an intermediary and are not responsible for the quality, legality, or delivery of services provided by Venues.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep your information up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Venue listings are provided by independent third-party businesses. The Wellness Grid does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing information. Bookings are subject to confirmation by the Venue.

Cancellation and refund policies are set by each Venue and are displayed on their profile. The Wellness Grid is not responsible for any disputes arising between users and Venues regarding bookings, payments, or service quality.

You may submit reviews and other content to the Platform. By doing so, you grant The Wellness Grid a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content on the Platform. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your reviews.

Reviews must be honest, based on genuine experiences, and must not contain defamatory, offensive, or misleading content. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our content policies.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform content without written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform

All content on the Platform that is not user-generated — including the brand, logo, design, software, and written content — is the property of The Wellness Grid and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Wellness Grid and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any services booked through it.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Wellness Grid and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable territory.
